Quit smoking 1 year 2 months and 9 days ago.

Its one of the best things you can do. Don't know how I did it. Ran out one day never bought another pack. And I was 2 plus pack at the end.

Great job man. It really is liberating to eliminate it from your life. I made the strong commitment to quit a little over 2 years ago after smoking for like a decade. Changed my life. I still reach for the occasional smoke, few and far in between, but my desires have faded in contentment

I quit two years ago. Went to Virginia for Memorial Day 2014 weekend and bought a few cheap packs. Once they were gone, that was it. Haven't had one since, although last fall when I went to the Eagles game in Charlotte, I bought a pack when I got there. Never even opened it, threw it in the trash before I left. Felt good man.

I switched to vaping a little over a year ago. I enjoy shit in my lungs I guess.

Quitting a nicotine addiction is toughhhh. Switching to a vape box while also appealing to children with nicotineless flavors that are easily a gateway to the nicotine stuff isn't the answer.

Neither is chantix. A prescription of chsntix and a bottle of jack will end you in jail for double murder homicide on your least favorite neighbors and you won't even realize you did it.

Ice cold frozen turkey is the way to go... If you're dead red serious.
