Don't really care about the health effects, probably only got 10-15 years left regardless. Moreso for the quality of life stuff and I stopped enjoying it.

Don't talk like that! You have to live long enough to see the end of The Process. 2033 is the Sixers year!

health effects are quality of life stuff. if you're mentally ready, that's the biggest step, you're 95 percent of the way there. The rest is a reverse brainwash, because we brainwashed ourselves into smoking them in the first place. Alan Carr's Easyway to Stop Smoking book is a good way to drill those thoughts into your head. i can pm you a copy if you want.
also, this has helped me: http://whyquit.com/whyquit/A_Benefits_Time_Table.html

Quit smoking almost two years ago and to Napalms point it was all just changing my mindset. I enjoyed going out for a cigarette, I liked that 7 minutes away from the world. If I was in a hotel for work, it was an excuse to leave my room for a little bit, or leave my desk at work, I never smoked in front of my kids, but the second they were in bed, I was outside. Breaking those habits was the hardest part, but now that I've let it go, I never think about it anymore. You got this wfo

Turned 34 on Wednesday. I know it's dark, but it's realistic. I can't name more than 1 person in my immediate family that made it 60.
