got into it with amazon the other day regarding prime.
came out with a free month and a 10 dollar credit.
they claim that two day shipping is two days from when they send the product not from when you order it. so my complaints, outside of one item that was actually late according to them are invalid. when you hear two day shipping no one thinks it means what they claim to be two day. fuck em.

I guess it depends on the item, but if I order at 10pm Monday, I don't expect 2 day to be 10PM Wednesday knowing they're not shipping it until Tuesday.

well yeah that makes sense and is fine.
i have ordered things on monday morning that don't come until late friday and it is still two day. it seems dishonest bc the item page will say in stock and not indicate that it will actually take 4 to 5 days and still has the prime shipping logo.

usually on the final order page where you choose the shipping speed, it will say, "get it by xxxx". That is their guarantee, take note or collect proof of that if they ever try to swindle you. Amazon is becoming less convenient now, and I agree with Housh, pretty gross. Gonna have to keep waiting and buying stuff in bunches to get the minimum shipping total.
