it does say the expected day as you are about to confirm the order. i often miss that i guess. i just would expect it to be on the item page or have that item not listed as prime available.

Cal, on the product page it will say "Want it by Thurs Feb 25? Order within 9 hours and 25 minutes and choose 1 day shipping". Not the most convenient way to choose, but they put it there

but is that '1 day shipping'? Their idea of ONE day is a brand new idea they created. I think this is what he's moaning about.

you were probably buying from a 3rd party fulfilled by amazon? if it comes from their warehouse i dont think it would take this long but i dunno.

they made a mistake and gave you a free month + 10 bucks. you can stop using them when your contract ends if youre still unsatisfied. I've always found their customer service to make things right.

I wasn't defending them or getting into the definition of two day shipping. I"m saying you can use that bolded part on the item page to see when you will get it under their two day system

i bought a bunch of things using the 2 day shipping, but received one of the items 7 days later. It was an add-on item, so I guess it shipped differently.
