Did you kow that, even as a Socialist, Obama has put America up for sale?

Not a good move, apparently, because the Koch Brothers are buying America.

To be safe, it's prolly time to register as a Republican so you won't get booted out to Canada once the sale is finalized.

What exactly did Obama do? You mean Citizen United? I didn't realize he was on the supreme court. Obama isn't even mentioned in the article.

Actually, I was atttempting to parody the tone of the Koch Brothers article. Obama's cool.

Flint Mayor outlines plan to replace lead pipes

She is not allowed to actually implement it since they have an emergency manager and has no authority over the money that would be needed to do it. It's up to the governor...who previously said it wasn't a priority.

FBI joins the investigation in Detroit....CRIMINAL investigation

a fake hearing is called in Congress for today at 9am:
Former Flint emergency manager Darnell Earley is refusing to testify on the city's water crisis during a Congressional hearing Wednesday, Feb. 3, and Democrats are pushing Gov. Rick Snyder to direct him otherwise.

Earley, who is leaving his position as Detroit Public Schools emergency manager Feb. 29, has told the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform that he will not testify about how the Flint water crisis unfolded even though he has been invited as one of five witnesses, Congressional sources said.

"At Wednesday's hearing, we won't hear from the governor, any of the emergency managers he appointed in Flint, or anyone else from the state who was involved in making decisions that led to this crisis," Cummings statement says.

"In our search for the truth, we must hear from everyone involved to understand what happened. Having such a one-sided hearing undermines the credibility of the committee and subjects the committee to accusations of partisanship. No matter who is responsible, the people of Flint deserve a comprehensive investigation that gets them answers -- not a partisan effort to protect the governor and others who brought about this crisis."

The Flint Journal-MLive could not immediately reach Earley or a representative for U.S. Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, chairman of the oversight committee, for comment.

Snyder Press Secretary Dave Murray said in an email that he's "not aware of Mr. Earley's plans."

Ted Cruz didn't win Iowa, he stole it. That is why all of the polls were so wrong and why he got far more votes than anticipated. Bad!

Trump really is amazing. I wish I could observe a parallel universe where he wins the election so I could see what would happen but not actually live it.

The Carson thing was bad. Not sure if it would have changed the results, but it was pretty disgusting. Steve King especially.

CNN reported that the retired neurosurgeon planned to go home to Florida after the Iowa caucuses, rather than flying straight to New Hampshire or South Carolina, where the next primary contests are held. His aides have emphasized that he is not suspending his campaign -- rather, just briefly going home to "get a fresh set of clothes."

can't blame Ted on that; Carson is a really, really weird dude. Why would someone not named Rudy Guliani skip the next two places to go to Florida? Needed some undies!

Weird that he didn't see what happened in NH. Everyone knew he would not do well in Iowa but NH is the type of state that he could have done well. If he did poorly in NH then dropping out afterward would make sense.

Yeah, and he can save that money instead of wasting it on a Don Quixote campaign.

Just watch the episode of The Simpsons where Bart has his vision about Lisa being president. Trump was her predecessor.

Part of me wants Trump to get the nomination so I can see who he picks as his Veep and how he runs his campaign.
