I think both Aeropostal and Abercrombie have horribly confusing spellings and stupid clothes

I get pain in my lower back - basically when my spine isn't aligned the discs get inflamed. it's not too serious but I cant work out and when I don't work out my energy levels go down as does my mood. I've used cryotherapy to treat this effectively in the past. Cryotherapy is stepping into a tank with liquid nitrogen in the walls for about 3 minutes. If I recall correctly the temp is -196 degrees. Basically it slows circulation, reducing inflammation, muscle spasms, and pain.

Problem is the closest cryotherapy place is like an hour from my house, so last night I stripped down to my skivvies and had my wife lock me out in the back porch for 5 minutes. at first I was fine but then I started to convulse with cold, somewhat violently. and here I am today - no back pain. feels great.

So there's a bar in town that the teachers go to and they sent out this advertisement today, along with the posed image..

Come to the Top Pub Saturday and experience real live Sumo Fight Night, featuring local Sumo wrestlers sporting the colours red or blue.

Probably going out at all would look not great. But yeh, if I went out, I definitely wouldn't drink. I just don't feel up to it for one.
