I don't know how long I'll use it, but it's basically mimicking how I would like to try and save some money: by monitoring what's in my account, upcoming spending, etc., and moving a certain amount over into Digit every few days. I already have a savings account set up with a bank, this is more for forgetting I have it set up, then checking back in and seeing "I have $800 to spend on something or put into my main savings account". We'll see, I just like this idea, bc I would like to move more over into savings besides the bi-weekly set-up i have right now.

a coup days ago i was hemming and hawing about buying a Jet dust filtration unit for the workshop. Was like $230. Today I decide to go for it, and it's $370

Yesterday I took a huge dump, stood up, and a shower of coins somehow burst from my pocket and an unknown number landed directly in the toilet. Tried fishing around for a bit with the toilet brush, making a huge mess but not grabbing ahold of anything solid. Finally gave up and flushed, praying that I wasn't going to screw up my plumbing forever.

Everything disappeared cleanly, and then I heard ching, ching, ching and three quarters magically appeared at the bottom of the bowl. Bucky will have to explain to me how the construction of toilets made this miracle possible.

Of course, I could still have a couple dimes or pennies working their way slowly through, or burrowing into, the system.

The crazy part is no quarters fell out of your pocket into the toilet

it's pretty straightforward and unspectacular. Pretty much the sewer rats calculated your amount due, the amount deposited, and found they owed 75 cents change
