Hillary has started to feel the Bern (Politics threat)

it's pretty unclear. she's losing support across all demographics and some data says she is with african americans and others suggests shes pretty much holding steady. all the polling is pretty bad at this point and trying to pinpoint demographics within a party is nearly impossible from my understanding of reading people who know a lot more about this stuff than i do.

from what i can tell, the problem with polling on the Dem side is that Bernie wasn't well known when entering the race and now he's at least in the conversation. people are hearing about him for the first time on a national stage and it's hard to judge how much national support his agenda actually has(and to be fair, it's more likely than not that he'd actually do worse right now than the polls suggest).

The difference between 10 and 17 is small, as seen with Fiorina. Let then all in.

the field is too large to have any kind of debates that will be substantial unless you have like 4 different groups, which may actually be a brilliant Republican party tactic.

Then you randomize with 2 groups.

it'd still be too large, but debates are largely pointless when not in very small groups(like 2-4).

I haven't seen the polls that show Hilary losing support among African Americans, but unless those polls either over sample African Americans or start out with a very large sample (like 2500 or so) then the MoE for African Americans is going to be pretty huge.

Erdogan now jailing Vice News journalists because they are 'terrorists' for meeting with 'the PKK or Islamic State'. Those two entities are fighting each other, so which is it? He continues to get lower and lower.

The best odds you can get on Rubio winning the White House in the UK books are 16/1. Best odds you can get for Sanders are 14/1 and Trump 8/1. Lmao

Clinton, using private server, wrote and sent e-mails now deemed classified - Washington Post

There's been some good stuff on the conservative interwebs today about how some emails from the last batch have date markings which show the info in her emails was classified when she sent it, and how she both sent and actively solicited information to be sent to her private account that is default classified - The Federalist, National Review - Insofar as I have no idea how this stuff works, I don't know if they're telling me the truth, but I am infused with optimism about a July 2016 perp walk.

At the same time, not having an electable Republican POTUS candidate in sight: What? Me worry?

I have to say, the longer people pursue this, the more it feels like a witch hunt. She is a 68 year old woman who barely knows how to use a computer. Should she have been more careful? Sure. But it feels like a lot of mountain-building is going on at this particular mole hill, and I'd feel that way if it were an R official with this problem.

i think she'll be a pretty effective president. she knows what it takes. i disagree with her foreign policy, but i'm not exactly sure Sanders has a very defined one.

at this juncture i'm voting for her in the PA primary, which i thought was a 100% definitive no about 6 months ago. I think it's great she's being challenged.

the internet may be confusing you but I'm not the one posting graemlins of long-retired football players cheering on pursuit of overblown conspiracy theories rather than examining the genuine leadership capacity of various people who insist they are POTUS candidates

a transgender youth wanted to use the girls' locker room/bathroom in a Missouri high school, and it caused an uproar.
“This needs to stop before it goes too far,” said Childs, who has a niece and a nephew who go to an elementary school in Hillsboro. “I’m not trying to be ignorant, but (the transgender student) is bringing it out in public for everybody else to deal with.”

the school is behind her, it would appear. it's a lot of the students/parents that have a problem with a girl going in the girls' bathroom. fwiw, she is attracted to boys. so going into the boys bathrooms may be a slight bit more uncomfortable. then again, pooping usually doesn't make for many makeout sessions.

no

and let's face it even if somehow Bernie gets elected he has a GOP congress that will create gridlock (same for Hilary)

but conversely if a Republican president gets elected there could be some serious backtracking on many important issues as a result (like trying to dismantle the ACA, implement "religious freedom" bigotry horseshit, disempower the EPA even more, etc), the court will eventually become more conservative over a right leaning moderate one, and I also suspect more wars and conflicts get started due to the chest thumping you see from the GOP now.

an ineffective regime is better than one that would get stuff done and create harm
