Played 36 holes at Tyler and then stopped at Isaac Newton's for a double burger and Southern Tier Pumking. Labor Day is alright in my book.

Love Tyler. I nearly got arrested there once because my band's drummer was speeding through. We go pulled over and he searched the car. Found some stems and seeds but basically the guy said he didn't feel like doing the paperwork. He asked us to please drive slower through the park.

I did two smaller ones on the big green egg. Took about the same amount of time:

hell yeah.

my temp was higher than i would have liked it but ya work with what ya got. one side of my weber is usually 20-30 degrees higher than the other side. so i'll keep one going around 250-260 and the other side will sit around 220. shoulders still came out really moist and tender so it didn't affect it to much.

gonna have to get inventive with all of these leftovers i have.
