Feel like that's got to be some sort of health code violation. I can't imagine what ingredients are used on the other side of the street.

Octopus are apparently aliens. Big surprise there. They don't even try to hide it.

People have had to put up with construction and USAir in recent years , and certainly both of those will sour people. And 20 years ago it really was the worst. But , I agree, nowadays it's perfectly serviceable. Miami, Newark, Atlanta among ones i'm pretty familiar with are all a good deal worse (though busier). Portland, OR is my favorite airport, but that's probably because it has like eight gates.

Agreed. Even my wife, who is from Pittsburgh and we naturally have a bit of a rivalry surrounding that fact, admits that Philly airport runs well. I honestly believe it is the friendliest large airport I've been through. I get lots of "Philly is the best" ammo when we go through there. It also helps that the few times we've gone through Pitt the people have been rude to us. Security was an asshole the last time through Pitt.

Where are you, or are you even, on this chart? What's your device-dependency age, that is (it's a UK poll, but my hunch is there aren't vast differences for US populace)

me, I'm going "radio?" - unless you count radio over internet - which I'm guessing their respondents count elsewhere; and you could dump TV altogether without much loss. So I'm 16, without the gaming

I think anyone from PHL rarely sees the achilles heel of PHL, since it's their terminating point. It's getting from terminal-to-terminal for connecting flights. I think there's been some improvements in the way of moving sidewalks and the like, but if your connecting flight is in a different terminal, and your gate(s) is near the end of the terminal, you could literally have to walk more than a mile to get from flight to flight.

The other thing with philly is the number of incoming and departing flights they have coming in, which requires tons of staying in the air after you've already supposed to have landed. Pilots hate it

this is pretty true of any airport where you're switching airlines though
