In my personal primary - Christie, Rubio, and Kasich were winners. Jeb and Walker were losers. I don't think Jeb has another gear, and he wasn't terrible, but he is just blah. I think he'd be a good president, but blah. I hope Walker is able to grow as these things go along. I get that given his position he doesn't have to take risks, but some degree of extemporaneous speech at some point would be good. Christie, Rubio, and Kasich are good at these things and thought they were all good tonight.

Schumer comes out against the Iran deal - long statement with his many issues with the agreement. I guess the future leader of the Senate Democrats is siding with the Iranian hardliners too now.

Well, it's true. And I feel out of place there too anymore. Pretty sure this is the only place I've been frank about that.

As a left leaning independent, I thought Kasich and Christie came off well, Huckabee and Cruz came off as wackos , Trump was entertaining as hell and I hope he's in it for the long run, and all of the others neither made a particularly good or bad impression. Well, Paul may have stumbled a bit.


Which probably means Huckabee and Cruz were the clear winners.
