I signed up for a community college class to see if I could handle going to school one night a week. If I can't there's no way I should try to do a master's program. Books are fucking expensive! 200 bucks for the book is as much as tuition! The school bookstore has it for even more than that!

Depending on the field, there are some options--first, you may be able to sell the book back so total cost will be less. Your best bet is to do this on your own through half.com or some such. Another option that can save tons of money is to use an older edition. Sometimes, it really makes no difference. However, if the instructor is using questions or exercises from the book for assignments, it may not work. Finally, there's a gray market in overseas books if you can wait a few weeks for shipping.

went to run during lunch. we have a gym in the building. there is a shower in our office so i take the three minute walk back to try and stop sweating. i had my clothes in my hand and must have dropped a sock. i retraced my steps when i noticed my error. couldnt find it. now i am not wearing any socks.
