related to this- jersey's namesake is my neighbor. some chick smashed into the wall in front of his house. hit it good, too- said she swerved to avoid a cat. so i was in the driveway cleaning my paintbrush when it happened. heard it, dropped everything and ran across the street. Still wearing my latex gloves. look like some sort of EMT whacker.

Yea, there were DDoS attacks and latency issues that caused them to lower the cap on realm population. Servers are back up, but the large servers still have a queue

funny. I liked it so much that I bought another. This time it was $229. Replaced the 37" LCD in the living room. It was on the way out- had to start it up like 2 or 3 times before it would work, and then the controls wouldn't work for like 3 more minutes. And it was bugging me because it was 720 and the other 1080 looked soooooo much better.

back to the funny part- that 37" LCD was about three times the weight of the 40" I replaced it with. so it's not just the tube TVs that are dinosaurs. This thing was only like 5-6 years old.

At what size do you need to jump to 1080? I have 19" 720 jobbers in my office and the kitchen, and that picture is mahhhvelous. Even the 27" in the yard (actually the barn window) looks good too and it's 720. But the 37 was just no good.

Now if I watched TV ('cepting the phillies) this would probably be all worth it.

so i need a 46 inch screen before 1080 becomes even noticeable- and even then at around 7 feet. guess the marketing got to me

my wife just called bc she slightly hit a bus while driving to her mom's and she couldn't find the insurance card.
