Fairly big presentation in downtown Baltimore this morn. Have 2-3 hours for a boozy lunch with my team after before hopping Amtrak. Any recs?

I mowed the weeds that I pretend is a lawn like 2 days ago and already with two days of rain the back yard looks like shit. Hope someone buys this house soon.

Place looked awesome but it isn't open at lunch. Ended up at the Thames St Oyster House in Fells Point and it was great. Now having a Dogfish 90 on Amtrak and living the dream.

i've been getting stuff in the mail saying due to new legislature passed that i might be eligible for partial student loan forgiveness and lower interest if i consolidate my loans. is this legit or likely a scam?

It's a scam. Well, not a necessarily a scam per se, but it's just a marketing gimmick to get you to call them so they call try to sell you on their product.
