So many of you guys rave about that PHO (pronounced fuh I guess). So tonight I'm going to the finest Pho place in the Puget sound area. Gonna get some Pho. Also something else. Maybe curry. Maybe some egg rolls. We'll see.

i recommend dumping enough sriracha into the bowl so that you are both crying and sweating by the end of it. hoisin gives it a nice balance

Might give that a try. I know one thing. I'm Hongrey. ( That's advanced hunger for the uninformed).

Sriracha is some good stuff.

Too much sriracha in pho is a big mistake, though. Like you're eating lava.

Sriracha is some good stuff.

I recommend not putting anything in the broth before tasting it. Then, use a spare soup spoon or a small dish and put hoisin in one side and siracha on the other side. When eating, fill another spoon with broth, then put noodles in, then dip some meat in the siracha hoisin spoon and put that on top of your spoon.

Well. It was awesome good. I tasted it with no additives first. Put jalapeños, mint and a few bamboo shoots in. Added the Siracha to make it pretty hot. Then some plum sauce (hoisin?).

Anyways, it was real good.

Also had a spring roll appetizer and some curry on the side.

Can't believe that was your first time!

Lethal's method is great. Pretty much exactly what my friend who introduced me to the stuff said.
