If my job didn't have snacks out all the time/if I didn't work with old ladies who bring in cake and candy I wouldn't have to worry really. I just have no impulse control and there is always, always junk food available to me.

It's easier to cut everything than to make exceptions here and there. That said, I'm getting loaded on Memorial Day.
