Sitting in my yard right now, looking out to the woods behind my house. We've seen and heard our fair share of foxes in the yard, but it's usually one at a time. Just now, like a hundred yards across a little creek, it looked like one of the foxes had babies. There was a mother with like four fox puppies around her. Guh.

A stray fox here and there has been fine, but I'm not cool with a gang of foxes roaming around with my kids playing in my yard. Any thoughts on who to call for removal? I don't want them killed, just taken somewhere else. Would a zoo take 'em?

They are not dangerous, attacks on humans are very rare. If you are in Jersey I'm not sure what you can do legally, they are not considered a pest as far as I know.

PHL17 had a repeat of a Philly Pheud episode where the first category was "Besides 'Philly', name the top five nicknames for the city of Philadelphia". #1 is obvious, but none of them had any clue for 2 through 5 ("uh....Home of the Soft Pressels?"), and after they revealed the answers, I don't think I've ever used any of them either. Anyone wanna guess?
