still have never been able to decide what super power i would want if given the choice.

flying is up there, but i would still have weak arms. idk.

I think flying is pretty overrated unless you also earn invulnerability to cold air and a lot of extra lung power, or at the very least some kind of super speed. You'd just be by yourself all the time.

it is a problem for me everyday of my life.

maybe super speed would help just the same but possibly have more advantages.

super speed is interesting to me because i consider myself as having real good speed already. it would be cool to level it up and take it to the max, but otoh i could choose super strength or something and give myself a better balance. i'd like to be able to harden my skin and bones to withstand impact on anything, like a defense shield. i would live so recklessly

it's important to remember that nobody would ever use their powers altruistically

Invisibility is a clear favorite imo. Full accessibility to everything

you wouldn't have to fly at the altitude of jets or anything, at most a couple thousand feet unless you're going over mountains. the air isn't that thin until you get to 6-7,000 feet.

for me, flying all depends on how unrealistic you're willing to take the super power. how fast can you go? how agile are you in the air? etc...if i can only fly as fast as i can walk/run, it becomes a lot less useful, imo.

sorry, i spent a lot of time thinking about this.

if you're getting that technical, invisibility is going to be pretty hard to exploit without people thinking they've got ghosts everywhere

How would you get between the batter and the catcher?
