I think I'd go with an unconventional "super" power. I'd go with the ability to go without sleep and not get tired. I could get so much more accomplished if I didn't have to sleep.

However, I have to say I've often found myself in situations where having the ability to extend my limbs like rubberman would really come in handy even though that's not all that impressive as superpowers go.
