Police politely asked me to dig my truck out of its icy tomb on the street so the borough could come through and plow up the rest of my street before Snowtallica tomorrow. I started digging and eventually just decided to just try to push and pull it out. Friendly neighbor hears me revving the shit out of it and comes by to help. I realize I need gas, so the dog and I hop in the truck and head to wawa. I gas it up. Truck won't start.

I call my f-i-l for a jump and he's there in 20. (This is the first year I let my AAA expire.) He leaves his truck running, but apparently his new truck automatically locks when you close the door. Whoops.

He calls his wife and she comes by with the spare key. Truck starts.

I don't know yet. Saw the doc on Monday and he wants me to get a ct scan. I had stomach surgery as a baby so he wants to make sure there isn't scarring or any other complications that could get in the way. That's scheduled for Friday.

Then I have to go see him again hopefully next week. We will schedule it then. V

I have insurance but I'm still afraid of the bills I'm going to get. Really no idea how much this is costing.

nah the barium stuff is to help get a better ct scan, its purpose is not to be a laxative (unless you drink a ton of it)
