i went to play hockey today, didn't turn out too well either. rink was wet and covered with snow. got high and shot at empty gatorade bottles instead

Getting your ass bleached is a real thing now I guess. So why hasn't someone developed a painless and long lasting way to deal with nose and ear hair? Yes, I have a trimmer, but I would like a better way.

So, we have two houses picked out, we made an offer on one a few weeks ago and didn't hear anything until yesterday and they have agreed to our offer, but in the meantime we've found another house we really like as well and were planning on making an offer on today. Both houses are awesome, one is in pike creek the other landenberg. The one in landenberg is nicer and more money and the one in pike creek is still really fucking nice but is a bit less. I really don't know what the hell I wanna do here. Going to pa means changing schools for my son, but his charter school has been kinda not been advancing like they promised, but he likes it and it's a good school but so are the ones in landenberg. Argh.

wow, took 'em two weeks to respond? Don't you usually give like 48 hours until an offer expires? Make a new offer at $5K less on the Landenberg house and fall back to the pike creek one if they balk...

Yeah, they didn't respond in time, but the listing agent is our buyer agent and she came back to us that they would accept it now.
Really my angst about it comes down to if we really want to leave delaware at this point. We've moved from north jersey to Dover to Wilmington in the past 4 years just questioning if we want to do it again. I think I do, just not completely sure.

you'll always be able to find a great house presumably with the financial position you're in. don't rock the boat unless you absolutely have to on your kid's schooling if he/she isn't going to a better situation. lateral school moves are really downgrades.
