wow, took 'em two weeks to respond? Don't you usually give like 48 hours until an offer expires? Make a new offer at $5K less on the Landenberg house and fall back to the pike creek one if they balk...

Yeah, they didn't respond in time, but the listing agent is our buyer agent and she came back to us that they would accept it now.
Really my angst about it comes down to if we really want to leave delaware at this point. We've moved from north jersey to Dover to Wilmington in the past 4 years just questioning if we want to do it again. I think I do, just not completely sure.
