Same happened to me.kid started to use hangouts and it sounds like my gmail gchat noise

Just got the latest kitkat update and it fixed a few bugs, but I still can't figure why sending messages in hangouts is disabled.

How much bad karma will azrider have to endure if he leaves a letter on the windshield telling her that her actions have upset the alien races and will be coming to abduct her and take her to their planet while they finish the conquest of earth?

Granted this is not something I would go out of my way to do, but the damn bitch left her dog at my place and either her or her friends stole about a half a dozen ps3 games.

The Dude wrote:the article mentions it's not permanent

sheesh i just posted it bc it seemed obvious

it says it may or may not be permanent:

Researchers in Chicago observed the brains of teenagers who were heavy users of marijuana. In those individuals, memory-related structures in the brain appeared to shrink and collapse inward, possibly indicating a decrease in neurons.

These abnormalities were recorded two years after the teens stopped using marijuana, possibly indicating long-term effects, and look similar to schizophrenia-related brain abnormalities.

i've done a bunch of internet research on this in the past because while i like to smoke, i like using my brain more. it seems like people who are regular(daily) users before their brain is fully developed(22-25 y/o?) could develop these problems. it's definitely not conclusive, but it's something we need to think about, especially since it'll probably be legal nation-wide within the next 5-10 years. kinda wish i would have known this when i was smoking every day when i was 22-23.

also, while i'm bringing back topics that were discussed earlier, the sixers thread is by far the best sports-related thread. the soccer thread is probably second, but suffers from lack of interest.

It's mind-boggling to me that many Christians still can't express their beliefs without throwing homos under the bus. Is there nothing else that defines you as a Christian?

Just had a student email that she cannot make the final because she has a conflict with another final, which happens often enough. Except she is supposedly just realizing this now when the final is at 8 AM tomorrow morning. Either she's lying about having a conflict or she's the dumbest person ever for not noticing she was scheduled to take two exams on Thursday morning until the night before. Pretty poor either way.

I will go the entire day without picking my nose... Then once I get in the car I have this incredible urge to pick a winner. I do not know if this has any correlation of my desire to perform sex in public places or purely a coincidence.

  • I don't know if I bought my crate too early this year, but it seems like a really down year quality-wise.
  • The "Halos" commercials are fucking irritating. You can bring forward your company as a brand, but don't try to brand a fruit damn it. I mean, you don't slice up Chiquitas for your Cheerios.

The Halos campaign seems dumb too--don't eat this, it's for kids.
