Not via that, but if you use iftt you can have your phone auto synch all your photos to Dropbox which will auto synch with your desktop.

With all the "sync" solutions, however: when I delete them from my phone, won't they get deleted from my PC also?

good Q. I think so. There has to be some kind of archiving software out there that you can set up to archive everything you put into a folder. phone > cloud > archive should do the trick right?
