why do they even bother to give you that little plastic cap with a tube of caulk? if you don't re-use it within an hour or so the tube is dead clogged.

I have a cricket up in here and I am about ready to go completely insane. Fuckin has some kind of cricket megaphone. I have the tv jacked and I can still hear the fvcker! He doesn't even take breathers unless it is the five seconds when I am zoning in on him. He has a really good hiding spot apparently. When I find him I am going to pull his legs off one at a time and then light his legless body on fire.

A rumor going around that there's going to be an announcement next Monday or Tuesday concerning the construction of four towers around 19th and Arch..one of which is going to be "considerably taller" than the Comcast tower. This coincides with NBC moving several jobs into the Philly area from NYC.. Interesting to see how this plays out

No this is a separate tower than the residential one going up at 19th and Arch. I may have the exact spot wrong, but one of my buddies who works for Liberty Trust (who own the plot of land) said this will be huge...like close to rivaling the Empire State Building in height.

Lots of moving parts, but hopefully this comes to fruition.

from a skyscraper forum i read:

The Rumors are true!

I called my contact with Liberty Property Trust and as usual he could not tell me much but what he could tell me was there are four towers planned. ACC lot will have two towers, one "significantly taller than Comcast" on the side of the lot closest to 18th. The side of the lot closer to 19th will have a shorter tower. On the Northwest Corner of 19th and Arch will be a third tower, at least 22 floors. A fourth tower is being planned for an unspecified location. Lastly, a glass studio will be built at the corner 18th and JFK.......
