At least unlike Pennsy, we're going to take the federal monies to expand medicaid (at least it looks that way).
According to Avik Roy, an ex-McKinsey guy whose main claim to fame amounts to being a regular punching bag for Chris Hayes on the subject of health care, Arkansas should pass on the Medicaid dough. Of course, if he had gotten even most of his facts right, he might have reached a different conclusion.....
