I made a protein shake smoothie concoction with my new NINJA BLENDER. It was a major success. Loving this thing.

so my cousin's daughter is now in Canada rehearsing with Cirque De Solei (sp?) for a year-long run starting in May at Mandalay Bay. Apparently it's a Michael Jackson show. She's playing lead guitar. Badass for a 22 year old kid.

That is awesome. MJ's lead guitarist for his last tour (that never happened) was a really young girl as well. Your cousin wouldn't happen to be from the South Pacific would she?

no, north roxborough. And apparently she's making quite a name for herself- much more than I realized. I knew she was buds with Jon Anderson, but I just google searched her and the google 'hints' knew her...it filled in "gina gleason guitar". She's pretty much my hero right now.

I think I should start writing down the gifts I buy and order, so I don't run into another situation where I find stuff I meant to gift buried in my office

Maybe I'm just old or something, but it doesn't seem like such a huge deal for unmarried people spending a night or two in a separate room. The eternal damnation is a bit much though.

Fair point -- his girlfriend bristled at the arrangement for years, and I guess finally stood firm on it this year. As for me I think I still have a bottle of Beam in the garage

I think she's currently touring with Alice Cooper. Orianthi, not Bucky's cousin's daughter.

They sell Yuuuuup hats on Hester's website. No way people buy them.

BTW this was a bid board. I don't think I got stuff cheap because someone was selling something from a bad situation necessarily. It's fairly possible people around here don't know what things are worth.
