That poll strikes me--and no, this is nothing but a hunch--as more about the prejudices people will cop to than those they might actually hold. But then I'm one of those "everybody's prejudiced, question is what you do with it" types.

did about an hour of canvasing starting around 4. one woman opened the door, threw her hands up in the air and shut it without saying a word.

got in a discussion with a guy who said i will be a republican in a few years just wait. democrats get us into wars and put taxes on businesses so they cant pay their workers. i just listened. he then apologized later even though he was decently pleasant just wrong.
