Bought this house partly out of peer pressure and partly to chase the 8K tax credit, which was dumb, but glad to have learned how it all works and broken even
my current path. plan on using my 401k as my downpayment. think i can be completely 100% debt free in less than a year in my current situation and by then i'm hoping to have 40k in my 401.
