went to the peanut bar in reading for lunch and had a flat iron steak sandwich with a spaten oktoberfest. heavenly, highly recommend.

Just sat through 20 minutes of a good friend chastising me for selling my house and moving into an apartment. When I asked how he was doing, he deftly pivoted to whining about a $7,000 basement flood.

The latter. Just want more of a center city feel before "settling down."

I know it's unorthodox, but the degree to which friends and family were stunned has been interesting. You'd think I was moving to France or something.
