My new job has these awesome hours of 7-4:30 every day. Working 45 hours a week on salary and no OT, and the pay is rather crap. And by 7 I mean in the door at 7...not 7:01, and by 430 I mean whenever you're done your work after 430. Don't think I'm gonna make it guys.

prolly most of us do more hours without being paid for OT. you'll get used to it

it's a pretty typical situation though. probably the harder you tried in college, the more OT you'd have to do

I dunno. I work more than 45 a week, but could never deal with fixed hours like that.
