From Penn Station, you could take the 1, 2, 3 or A, C, E uptown to 42nd and then take the S over to Grand Central. Probably the same amount of time as walking though.

Actually, I guess small pox isn't treatable. But I doubt it's small pox. If it were ebola, he'd be dead already. Or if he weren't dead yet, I doubt the first thing you'd do when you're bleeding from all your orifices is post on BSG. Unless you're JH.
