I fucked up my lower back pretty bad. going for a massage tomorrow and hoping that does something. i think cliff jumping did something to it

There are some good exercises that might help. Also, I don't think there's anything wrong going to a chiropractor for back pain. (Going to one for allergies or something is a different matter altogether.)

if she says i need to see a chiro then i'll go to one. i need to stretch more often too i think.

I was pretty phobic about infants until I had my own. I always liked older kids though, at least the good ones.

if massage doesn't work you should get it looked at before a chiro works on it and make sure nothing is seriously wrong.

Most of my male friends are the same way around children and don't know how to act. My one friend really overcompensates for it, i tell him he doesn't have to do anything to act like he likes my kid

I'm really happy I have brothers considerably younger than I am (12 and 14 years younger), so I got a chance to be around extremely young kids. It's kind of terrifying to have this like tiny half human wad of fat around that you could very easily accidentally do serious damage too. 6-10 can be fine, but IMO there is nothing worse than the 13-15 range.

yeah. i was an only child and always the youngest and extended family functions, so going into parenthood i was all kinds of WTF.

I'm the second oldest of my generation...my older cousin is almost exactly 5 months older than me, so I've gotten plenty of experience with youngins. Hope it helps when I implant my lady with my fertile love seed (too much?)

Fine. You wanna act like you're two? I'll act like I'm one.

My first in-person fantasy football draft of the year is tonight. Geeked.

Is 'Show Me Them TDs' still considered a clever fantasy football name?
