I order at the counter and eat in my car to listen to the radio, but not be eating while driving. Dislike eating by myself in a restaurant, especially fast food joints where the awkwardness of staring at the table/out the window/at other fast food customers combines with the inherent uncomfortableness of fast food dining room furniture.

When we stop for fast food with the kids we usually just sit in the car and eat. Less distractions, don't have to worry about him not eating the fries we bought for him but eating the chicken nugget he found stuck to a piece of gum under the table, the list goes on and on.

Make sense, I don't have kids and I spill shit on myself all the time, which is why I probably don't eat in the car.

Yes, it helps to not eat like a goddamned savage.

I've been meaning to buy a new car the past few months and just didn't get around to it and now we are leaving for vacation on Friday. So I just decided to rent an suv instead. Got a ford escape for 11 days at $17/day. I think I did preetty good here.

door to door salesmen are the worst. these people that come around selling magazines or whatever for some sort of scholarship money. it makes no sense. the information packets they have in their pockets are old and dirty. the guy just went through his whole shtick and then of course takes out a pen to start writing down my information like i am going to buy something.

told him i didnt want to give him anything. he asked where he lost me. i said i just dont feel comfortable giving. the shirt i am wearing says "young life" (the organization i used to work with). he then said "you dont feel comfortable saving lives? well you need to burn that shirt then. have a good day and god bless."
