The main reason I don't go all in with on-line banking is the fear of panic attacks. I know it's totally irrational, but I pretty much round all my transaction in such a way that I create an invisible cushion in my checking account, and use cash for most of my daily transactions.

In other financial issues, I suppose its time to get some new insurance quotes for home and auto. You'd think moving from Essex County to rural Arkansas would occasion big savings in car insurance, but you'd be wrong.

If I could live comfortably, I'd move to Puerto Rico yesterday. Well, since I've never been there, I'd probably visit first. But the idea of living there or in the tropics has always appealed to me. I picture myself spending all day on my sunny deck sipping mojitos listening to Latin jazz and taking a nice swim in the ocean before sitting down to a dinner of paella or something.

what i mean is theyre not puerto rican anymore. they're americans, so why have all the flags and stuff??? same goes for anyone that hangs on to some ancestry from 40 or 50 years ago. it's fine if you're a a first generation immigrant. i understand theyre not really immigrants, but the kids and adults that are 2nd and 3rd generation have the flags and shirts and stuff. i'll never understand that. it's like me being proud of something my granparents were?? im not that thing, why hold onto it?

I mean yeah its stupid, and the world would be a much better place if people didn't identify themselves strongly with ethnic groups.

But they do, and that's not going to change.

Nationalism sucks. I'm into sectionalism myself. I think the Pacific Northwest should declare war on California. I'm pretty sure we can kick those hippies' asses and then we can have Movie Stars do our landscaping and other chores and stuff. That would be kewl.

I hear that the beach-y locations in Costa Rica have been mostly snapped up already, but I've also heard appealing things about the more 'normal' options there (that is, your sunny deck may not look out on the Pacific, but the mojitos would still hit the spot).

And oh, the coffee
Yes, but in a double utley you can put your utley on top they other guy's utley, and you're the winner. (Swish)
