Back when I was a summer associate, we had a beach day where we went to a partner's beach house on the shore. All of our summer associate mentors, some partners and some younger associates were invited.
I was talking to one of the female associates who was wearing a bikini. It had shifted so that her full nipple was showing. I noticed it and immediately looked away and at her face. I said nothing about it.
What do you do in that situation? Do you tell her? How? Just ignore it and hope she realizes it? Hope someone else tells her? I didn't want a partner to see her, but I didn't want to be known as the guy who was staring at a co-worker's boob either.
