do you have to make it yourself?

I imagine you can buy it, but it's really easy. Warm up some apple cider with a couple cinammon sticks and a few cloves. I'm pretty sure you can buy mulling spices prepackaged too.

thanks... i'm going to give it a try. i was considering a sparkling non-alcoholic wine as a backup, but would that be pretty much a tease and possibly wet one's appetite for the real thing if she has to stay completely sober for 3 months?

What's the deal with the little black straws people put out at coffee stations. No one is there sipping from those things, right? Because as stirrers go, they're messy & inefficient

And cheap.

Couple of places around me though are switching over to the extruded X's instead of the little straws. Honestly notice no difference between the two.

I can't use the phrase "date with destiny" correctly anymore, probably ever again. it comes out "date with density." I even accidentally typed "density" instead of "destiny" when I was making this post

thanks BSG

accents are fun

on a related note, though, my work is crawling with hot foreigners, Italians especially, and while I admire them, the language barrier is really exhausting after a bit. I have friends who date/marry foreign girls and seem to maintain a relationship low on verbal communication, but that would just not work for me. I'm pretty into conversation and muddling through it everyday would drive me nuts

accents are the best, but not all of them

bad ones: southern (I'm stupid!), french (pronounce your words, dang it!), Italian (cliched and lazy-sounding)

good ones: Irish (the best, makes me melt), English (almost as good as irish, if it's the softer english accent), eastern european (oozes sex), Russian (see: eastern european), spanish (good version of french), German (hot, but I'm not sure why)
