eliminating the tax on capital gains would be of little consequence for those under 200k, but of big consequence for mr romney and his friends. he'd basically pay no taxes anymore.

Mitt just does not get that he has to do a much better job on his taxes issue. He can't simply say "it's not about my taxes, it's about our taxes". That won't cut it.
