Couple of thoughts:

We work in teams at my new job (yeah take to the petty work problems thread you assbag) and we are in cubes. This one team is working for a newly promoted manager, who is slightly annoying/arrogant beyond belief. He is giving one of his team member's a hard time, in my opinion, while throwing them completely under the bus as a group (never mentions the name, but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who the manager is referencing).

He definitely has issues with insecurity, you can tell by the way he talks (and he loves to talk). I think because he is a new manager, he is walking around our office with a sense of entitlement and losing focus of his real job, like being a good manager. He keeps throwing this person under the bus and it pisses me off because I know exactly what he is doing. The other team members aren't experienced enough to understand what is going on, but I do. I really want to knock him down a peg, but I know it is not my place. Just sucks you have to work for someone like that, get a fucking clue dude.
