Was headin up to the farmer's Market with the kids when I realised I didn't have enough cash. Stopped by cash machine. Noticed that there was a rugby game playing on the big screen in the square behind me.

Noticed green and yellow shirts.

Noticed Ireland 6 points clear.

Monkeywiz got to see the final 15 minutes of ireland's first ever victory over the wallabies in the world cup.

Gratifying start to the day.

Best bit was me and monkeywiz hollering C'MON IRELAND at the top of our voices as an irish player streaked down the pitch following a misplaced aussie pass with 3 minutes to go. Passers by bemused.

Holy shit. That's pretty huge, especially considering the US was respectable in their loss to Ireland. I did start a Rugby World Cup thread, where I was mostly talking to myself.
