Yeah, I'm really excited at the prospect of living out there since it's beautiful 99% of the year and it's not North Dakota, but I know if I'm going out there it likely means I'm living in a studio and eating canned soup every meal. I'm sure the plethora of gorgeous girls out there will more than make up for it.

Coworkers son just got a deal in SJ. "studio" apt, 1k for 300 sq ft. Everything else is north of 1500 for an apartment

It's not in SJ itself, it's in Sunnyvale, which is about halfway between SJ and SF, the studio apts I saw around there in my 15 minute search were all 800-1000 range. Still, that's over double what I paid in ND for a 1 bdrm.

Maybe only Housh cares, but Tom Scharpling is killing it tonight.
