Sure they are. I can't believe you don't understand the idea of how lame it is to be like "Oh dude, we got so wasted" "Remember the chick who wore the shirt" "Where we going in West Chester/Wilmington" "Smooth Move Ferguson".

This is like basic social 101 that your mother, well, maybe not YOUR mother, taught you before kindergarten.

did you miss the part of your own post where you point out that you (used to) constantly reference the orange board?

I can't believe you don't understand the idea that a forum like this has different rules of etiquette than your mother taught you.

No, did you miss the implication in me admitting that I was wrong?

Ok, isn't there a general don't be a childish d-bag rule of etiquette here? Because surely that was violated by these kids.

I thought you were the smart one. How could you not see me referencing that in a post taking you to task as an admission of guilt? What else was I doing there?

I think we can all agree, even those involved, that it's a pretty dorky thing to do even by our standards. Doesn't bother me though.

Jamie,
During my away time, I followed your running exploits with great interest as we basically got started running at the same time. So I have sent you many positive thoughts. But here's the disagreement: if someone wants to tell me about their individual experience, that's fun reading. That's a good board time. That's why Trent Steele is a legend.

But when multiple people reminisce about the same event that not everyone was invited to? That's just not cool. Why can't you do that off the board? What are you gaining from it beyond leaving others out. And yes, in my younger days (the orange board) I was guilty of this. Now in my mild defense, I was trying mostly to direct that exclusion towards specific people, but hey, no defending it.

This is just doofus.

Excluding people is what this board is all about. I'm amazed you don't understand this.

Besides these guys tell pretty cool stories and besides it's more fun reading their stories than another idiot trade rumor/proposal.
Teams lie, sometimes for good reasons, sometimes for bad. They do it to get an advantage while they look at the trade market or just because they can
