Yeah. Who's your carrier? I have AT&T, I went to the Domican a few years back, they don't charge you to recieve text messages, but they charge you an arm and a leg to send them, but if someone calls you, and you don't pick up, they charge you for 1 min of international roaming. Really, it's not worth using you cell phone out of the country.

What kind of phone do you have? This won't work if you have an iPhone, but if you have pretty much anything else, you can call your carrier and tell them you are going to be traveling overseas and you'd like the unlock code for your phone, you might have to try a couple of times before they do it, but I got my Treo unlocked back in the day doing that. Then when you are wherever you are going, you can pick up a prepaid sim and drop it in your phone. They'll still kill you for calling back to the states, but since it's prepaid, you can limit the damage, and then if you need to make any local calls you can do that and it'll just use the min. you bought on the prepaid sim.

I've never been out of the country and was wondering if I need to change anything with my cell phone provider.

I don't plan on using text messaging or data, just need my phone to make a call or two.

You've already checked that your current phone will be fine where you're going? Most places that's true, but some not (such as when I went to Ethiopia, which didn't surprise me, but also when my daughter went to Japan, which was). Also depends on your provider.

Is taking creatine that is added into a protein shake a really stupid thing to do? Anyone know the actual side effects of it?

had a friend that was all swolled up on creatine back in college. It's artificial mass, almost immediately after he stopped using it he shrunk back to his normal frame.
Continued success, thanks for comin' on the show!

One of those things that sounds awesome in theory and will probably be fine in practice most weeks, but I'll fuck up a few weeks with procrastinating too much. Probably in the middle of baseball playoffs.

I had Tuesdays and Thursdays last semester. It was awesome, until all my finals were on the same day. That was bad.

I haven't had classes on Friday since 2010. It's awesome.

Thanks for the advice.

I have an iPhone and AT&T.

Luckily I'll be with people who know the area. Don't feel like paying my provider more money.

You can do it, you just have to drink a lot of water, and by a lot I mean like a gallon a day. Otherwise your liver will be getting its ass kicked.

A lot of the look will be superficial, but you recover quicker too. The quicker you recover the quicker you can get stronger.
