so i'm sitting there, bored, reading the glossy trifolds in the dermatologist's waiting room. There's one about laser something or other- removing spider veins, tatoos, stretch marks, etc....and PORT WINE STAINS. The #$&!

There have been several news stories lately about fuckups similar to this, and in those cases, the recipient of the fuck up was charged with various crimes and had to repay the money.
