I don't stand in line to place orders. I'm a busy man with places to be.

1) I agree, those packages are nice for lunch
2) Stand in line to order... at Wawa? Which paleolithic establishment doesn't have the touch screens?

All right, so it's got a fucking touch screen. You still have to put your order in and then wait for someone to make it and give it to you. "Stand in line" is a fucking metaphor or metonymy or something, all right?

All right, so it's got a #$&! touch screen. You still have to put your order in and then wait for someone to make it and give it to you. "Stand in line" is a #$&! metaphor or metonymy or something, all right?

unless it's a drunken 2am sat night, you go get a drink or something, go pay, and then wait a minute tops for your food

going late night in a sober state to wawa is a hilarious outcome, especially since i go to one near a college. so many drunk people talking so loud

Yeah but in return for the time you are waiting you know your food is fresh.

I thought your generation didn't need instant gratification like ours does?

Wawa's bacon is the worst non-BK bacon I've ever had on several occasions

I'm by nature impatient. If I can't grab it and go, I don't want it. That goes for food, clothes and just about anything else. If the only model of the car I want on the lot has a big 88 on the roof and flames painted on the fenders, fine, I'll learn to live with it.

i don't disagree. Wawa charges more than a buck extra for it though (I forget how much exactly). It's just not worth charging that much.

Two random thoughts for the price of one.

So Wawa only took off .50 cents off a hoagie. I guess Bin Laden did win the war.

I played basketball tonight for a few hours. I had a hard time tonight running up and down the court. I forgot water and was sucking down air. It didn't help that I worked out today too. I got into one of the biggest arguments I've had while playing basketball. My friend made a lay-up and was fouled. While the ball was in the air, he called foul. No problem there. He scored so the foul is reneged. The fouler told us it was our ball and not to count the basket, because he called foul. I argued that the foul doesn't matter because he made it. He said once someone calls foul, it doesn't matter. They get ball. This enraged me. It was a close game. So I scored the next basket and said something like "Thank God I wasn't fouled or that wouldn't have counted." The next few possessions got pretty physical until we managed to pull away. I have been playing pick-up basketball for about 12 years now, and it never ceases to amaze me how dumb people can be and how good it feels to defeat assholes. Also, it helps to have an enforcer always on my side, so I can whatever I want to say.

you only get the ball back if you dont score and its an obvious foul like your arm was ripped off
