He got kicked out of school in 5th grade after punching my neighbor in the face(after my neighbor made fun of him). He came back senior year. Seemed nice then, but never said much. Reeked of cigarettes.

His brother was normal.

The police found him in the driveway, pants and shoes covered in blood.

AP Vergil was the only class in high school that I didn't get an A in. On the list of reasons why Werthless is a better person than me, that's #42 of approximately 1000.

As an atheist (or at least an atheist-leaning agnostic) myself, I can confirm this.

looking at the list of AP exams, my HS offered less than 1/3 of them. good stuff!

the hardest test i ever took was my AP european history test. part of that was because i didnt study. i got a 2 on it  ... right behind it is the praxis test for social studies. yet i magically did really well on that.

NOPE

Latin was an elective. I took a year of it; wish I'd taken more but the second year conflicted with my schedule. AFAIK there was only one dude in my class who took an AP Latin exam, and he took Latin 2 as a freshman. I think he's a doctor now.

I would admit that your HS is probably better than ours academically. But money talks and mine gave me a scholarship. Plus my dad didn't want me going to school in the hood. Plus the music program was better.

Wow that's surprising

Three years Latin and three years of another foreign language were required for us

I ended up doing four years of Latin, doing both of the Latin APs. Also Latin II was mixed with Ancient Greek I.

Gotta love the Jesuits

yap

we only had the three years of foreign language requirement which is pretty much standard. I somehow crushed Spanish for four years, won some kind of award for it, and got a 2 on the goddamn AP exam. To this day I don't know what happened. I should have gotten a 4 at least.

I am still pissed about the AP Tests.. I should have got one of the god damn awards because my average of 5+ tests was like a 3.5 or some nonsense which qualified me for a stupid trophy! God damn those people!

Chem - 2
Comp Lit - 3
Comp Gov - 3
Gov - 4
US Hist - 5

Average = 3.4

AP Scholar with Honor

Granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams.

Now that I am 5+ out of high school and in law school I should make a big stink about it. It's my stupid certificate and I want it now!

My school didn't offer any AP languages but they did offer Japanese and I took 2 years of that.

we're taking that place in manayunk. it's a good location, we're the only rental on the block, close enough to everything but no college kids in site. it took us 10 minutes to get there from our apartment, so a cab is doable if we've imbibed too much. the landlord is cool with us painting what we want, and said if i want to do any "improvements" (i built a breakfast bar at my current place) he'll pay half of it.

I think I only took the US History AP test (got a 4), which is odd because generally my interests were more in math and the sciences. I took AP Physics and Calculus classes but not the exams. I took French for three years but punked out as a senior and took German I instead of AP French. I was in the same class with my brother who was a freshman that year, which was cool.
