Me three. The reason I don't round up is so I could say I was a white guy under six foot who could dunk.

I tried two rough drafts, one gave me HP Lovecraft, the other gave me Cory Doctorow. I've not any any Lovecraft, and the only Doctorow I've read is on Boing Boing.

apparently no one ever writes like a famous female writer

Tried with some song lyrics I wrote years ago...

If you're a fast-walking mailman and you empty your bag quickly, do you get to leave work and go home early?

^ always wondered that. Same with delivery men. I'd be running and shit

Although they probably make the routes so that you have really hustle just to finish within normal work hours. Damn the man :(
you sure do seem to have a lot of time on your hands to be on this forum? Do you have a job? Are you a shut-in?

they seem to spend a lot of down time lounging in their vehicles. When I worked on a cemetery grounds crew in HS/College (a vast, parklike suburban cemetery), one mailman was there about half the day just chilling.

a guy I play poker with does the same thing.

so, it's kinda difficult i'd imagine.

when i was a paperboy i'd always bust it so that i could make the two hand touch game. moonie's route was like twice the size and he'd always be out until like 4:30. sucker. i also never tried to recruit new customers, and did a drive-by at lionel simmons' family's house because it was near the projects and they never paid anyway so i didn't care about throwing that jawn on the step.

Yes, but you lose out on OT.

I worked as a casual carrier for 2 summers, I'd get bitched at by the older guys all the time because I'd hustle my ass off so I could go the hell home and start drinking. I'd usually be one of the first home, even on the days where I'd get stuck having to do extra work.

All in all though, a pretty sweet job. Outside with no one to hassle you. And there were a few routes I did where every day people would be leaving drinks and food out for me.

Just acknowledge him as a human being. And don't forget to compliment him on his stylish shorts.

My friend works for the city cleaning up trash. Once he's done his blocks for the day, he can go home. Sometimes he only has to work 4 hours if he really busts it.
