Now that you mention it, there is one other one that I can think of. If you are getting on 295 South from Rt 70 you automatically start speeding up to catch up with the flow of traffic but right in front of you people are laying on their breaks to exit 295 onto 70 which causes a big cluster fuck.

I was more talking about the people that immediately start slowing down as they are going up the on-ramp despite there usually being a 1/4 to 1/2 mile temporary lane to speed up in.

Agree wholeheartedly on the accelerating on on ramps. It's much easier to merge into traffic when you're going similar speeds. I'm not sure how this is lost on so many people.

Also that ramp onto 295 South from 70 is dastardly. My dad had me drive him down to something down 295 the day I got my permit. I damn near crashed the car trying to avoid a car that was trying to get into the exit lane, with my dad yelling at me to punch it, and me being basically terrified. Done it dozens of time since without a similar incident, but it's so poorly done. There isn't nearly enough space to accelerate before the exit, especially with the cars weaving in and out and all.

You know what pisses me off? When I'm driving at night and some asshole has his high beams on behind me or some douchebag truck or jeep driver isn't staying far enough behind so his lights are in all of my mirrors.

That was the one time I was pretty close to having road rage. I was going down the shore a back way on a road that was 50 mph and some douche not 50 feet behind me wouldn't turn off his high beams. It was just me and him on the road at this point and my high beams are on so there is absolutely no reason for his to be on. My response to this was to flash my highbeams on and off hoping he would get the hint and when that didn't work I started hitting the breaks.

I'm not sure if it worked or if floored it in disgust.
