Watch your THOUGHTS 4 they become words, RANDOM

Watching HGTV makes me want to move to some Jerkstoreville town like Fort Wayne, Indiana and buy a 6,000 square foot house for $120,000. This desire is very fleeting, though; I don't think it has ever even lasted until the first commercial break.

If just this one deal goes through for me, I just need one friggin thing to go my way, the wife and I will be headed for Bora Bora for a week and Moorea for a week in April. I'm talking over water bungalows with the glass bottoms and all that good shit.

Tahiti is a once in a lifetime experience and definitely on the bucket list but I definitely want to get there before my buddy down there starts to act up and my wife's boobs start to sag.

The one drawback is the only person I know who went there, gave a lifeguard the international sign to puff on the good stuff and the lifeguard responded with the international sign of putting on handcuffs.

Alex Grey, who does a lot of artwork for Tool, was involved in a very serious car accident but luckily he survived.

From Toolnews.com

I got a call from Alex today. Most unfortunately, they Grey's were, essentially pushed off the highway by an SUV changing lanes (and not looking.) Their car spun across the highway and over the median. It flipped upside down (as Alex said, "facing heaven") and caught on fire.

Both Alex and Allyson had seat belts on and were retrieved from the car and airlifted to Dartmouth Hospital where they are receiving emergency care. Alex's (#3) vertebrae was crushed and there is other damage. Allyson also incurred damage to her vertebrae, and has a broken ankle.

Thank GOD Alex is able to talk- he said if it had been any higher, he would be a paraplegic. He will be in an upper body cast (Frida Khalo eat your heart out,) and I'm not sure what the consequences will be for Allyson yet. They asked NOT to have calls - as you can imagine, but I am asking for those of us who love them to send them prayers of recovery.

They will be at the hospital for at least a few days and then return to the CoSM sanctuary in Wappingger Falls. Their full schedule of travel has obviously been canceled for who knows how long. They will need support of love, hands on help, and any resources.

CoSM = Chapel of Sacred Mirrors.

The Heart Attack Grill in Arizona serves free food to anybody over over 350 pounds. Not to mention they cook their complimentary fries in lard and serve 2 pound burgers.

did we already have this argument? i think we did.

i'm not going to go into comparisons of greatness, but on their own, record sale figures are probably the most retarded way one could possibly measure them. that's hyperbole but w/e. it's like using batting average to compare how good hitters are. if i had a marker, easel and a giant pad of graphing paper i could go further into this.

indiana university has a minor program for music appreciation. if i'd known this in 2002-03, i might have gone there just for that. ooh la la

Thats the joke!

Taylor Swift does not peform for terrorist families so that's probably a plus in her book too.

I'm regulating. It's tiresome work but someone has to be able to say "I tried to keep them men, I really did" when the end comes.

I envy your youth.

We should collectively do an experiement and all of us old but not that old people could try to mold you with all of the "this is what I wish I had done back when I was youthful and vigorous" and you could do it and find out if any of us were right.

That would really suck. It would make an amazing documentary and book, though.

LOL then you could find some viral young college dude and fix him against the way we tried to "fix" you and it would be this vicious cycle.

And we could use Cat Stevens songs to score the thing.

Have a good sleep to you!

My kid is watching this pretty rad interpretation of the Fantastic Four in anime style. It's nice to see the gang animated well for once.

Fries cooked in lard, while not healthy, are less bad for you than fries cooked in hydrogenated vegetable oil. In addition, they taste way better.

Yeah, lard has unfairly gotten a bad rap. It's nutritionally similar to butter which has made a big comeback among health nuts. My wife uses lard in place of Crisco for things like pie crusts and other baked goods and they're delicious.

Supposedly the best fries are cooked in beef tallow but that's really hard to come by these days.
