Also, pick-a-prize and chance auction according to thefreedictionary, which says the tricky tray term was chosen to avoid racial overtones, although not apparently to give anyone any idea what they were talking about.

i think when you're within a certain distance of the venue it has to be within a certain % of the original price. But once you're outside that distance you can sell them for whatever
