There is a protest going on in the park across from my apartment, and I have the windows open so I can hear them on their bullhorns. I was half tempted to yell get a job hippies, but upon closer inspection they're SEIU workers, and I'm the one wearing pajama flannel pants and a cheap $5 NLCS t-shirt my dad picked up at CBP last October.

The newsletter, which Secretary Carolann Wicks distributed two weeks ago to most of the agency's 2,600 workers, covered "workplace faux pas" involving homosexual, black, Asian, white, Hispanic and elderly workers.

The section titled "The N word," for example, actually spells out the word, then says, "It is never, ever acceptable to use this word in any context."

I haven't had Ice beer probably since I was 20. I used to look like Bud Ice but I think that is probably just because the bottles were cool. The only time I ever got puked on and it was on the face was ice beer related and it wasn't a girl not that it would have been any better.

So I went to court today, sat there in the witness holding area for 2 hours, the hearing was waived and I left. During the time I was there, absolutely no witnesses were called to any courtroom. Justice in action.
